take a pot put milk for boiling
when milk is 80% boiled then off heat
mix lemon juice with 4 tbs water
then put 1-1 spoon this lemon water in milk and mix
after some time milk will be curdle and water from milk will be separate
then take a muslin cloth filter the milk in that cloth
paneer is ready you wash this paneer with clean water very well
squeeze paneer very well all the water should go out
keep like that paneer for 20 minuets
after 20 minutes paneer will be dry very well then we will take a plate
put the paneer in a that plate and mash with your hands approximately 10 minutes
make paneer very soft and smooth
and take small small portions firm that paneer and make balls
approximately with 1 liter milk we can make 11 equally balls
now take a cokker put sugar and 4 cups water make x sugar very well let boil the water
once water start boiling put paneer balls in that cover the cokker with lid
after 1 whistle reduce heat to very low than cook on that heat for 12 minutes
after 12 minutes off heat don’t open the cokker wait until the cokker cools down
open the lid let Sponge Rusgullas cool down on room temperature
then you can enjoy like that or you can keep them in freeze and enjoy
